1. Payment Terms

4. Returns & Refunds
•Only unused, unopened, and undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
•Products that have been installed, customized, or altered are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

5. Warranty
•Locks & Hardware: Covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing or mechanical defects.

•This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, electrical surges, or normal wear and tear.
•Professional installation is strongly recommended; failure to use qualified installers may void the warranty.
6. Limitation of Liability
Steels and Oaks shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses arising from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow safety instructions.
7. Governing Law
All sales, transactions, and disputes are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
